This a.m. I got up and ran around 8:00. Luckily it was very overcast but so, so humid. I hadn't ran in a week since we were on vacation and I could tell it.
Originally I wanted to run as long as possible but by 22 minutes I wasn't feeling so good. I felt weak and tired. At 30 minutes I found myself laying on the garage floor. We had placed a floor fan out there earlier and I took advantage of it. I was really light headed for a minute or two.
But shortly after I was able to get up and walk my 30 minutes.
Sometimes I have to ask myself am I really cut out for this running or not?
