No Guts, No Glory: It's Official!!!

Just received my official notification from NSGA stating that I am qualified for the National Senior Olympics in Houston, TX next year. Yippee!!!

Now if I can only stay in shape til then!

3/19/11-walked 1 hr with d in t/f neighborhood, sunny, warm
3/17/11-ran 45 minutes in t/f neighborhood, hot, 80 degrees, walked 10 minutes
3/16/11-220 sit ups, 60 standing push ups
3/14/11-ran 35 minutes walked 10 on treadmill in Comfort suites in Hattiesburg
3/13/11-ran 50 minutes on treadmill in Comfort suites, walked 10 minutes
3/12/11-walked 1 hr with d in t/f neighborhood, 220 sit ups
3/11/11-220 sit ups, 60 standing push ups, ran 46 minutes, walked 15 at gym, felt okay
3/10/11-220 sit ups, walked 61 minutes with d in t/f neighborhood

7/24/10-ran 30 minutes in neighborhood, walked 30, very hot and muggy, 200 sit ups
7/16/10-200 sit ups, ran early a.m. 32 minutes, walked 9 in neighborhood, very muggy and hot, 75 degrees
